Independent software benchmarking

Measure first.
Sift better.

MeasureSift evaluates business software with repeatable, real-world tasks — so comparisons are based on observed results, not feature lists or affiliate payouts.

Launch status: benchmark protocols and test environments are currently being prepared. No benchmark rankings have been published yet.
What we benchmark

Software tested against the work it is supposed to do.

Our initial benchmark program focuses on practical business workflows relevant to Japanese teams and operators.

01 / AUTOMATION

Workflow Automation

Multi-step business workflows, data normalization, integrations, error handling, recovery, latency and operating cost.

02 / INTAKE

Forms & Data Intake

Business intake forms, conditional logic, submission reliability, integrations, data access and practical plan limits.

03 / SUPPORT

Customer Support

Japanese-language support scenarios, answer quality, unsupported claims, escalation behavior, setup effort and response speed.

Method

Same task. Same conditions. Measured results.

A useful benchmark should be inspectable and repeatable. We separate the testing protocol from commercial relationships and record the conditions under which each result was observed.

1. DefineSpecify a real-world task and expected outcome.
2. ControlApply consistent test conditions across eligible tools.
3. RunExecute cases and capture observable outputs.
4. MeasureRecord objective metrics and documented limitations.
5. Re-testTrack methodology and product changes over time.
Current status

Benchmarks are being prepared.

We are building the first protocols, test cases and evidence capture process. Results will be published only after the tests have been run.

No placeholder scores. No simulated results presented as live observations.
Editorial independence

Commercial relationships do not set the score.

MeasureSift may participate in affiliate programs. When we do, those relationships are disclosed and are kept separate from benchmark scoring and ranking decisions.

Observed evidence over claims

We aim to distinguish measured behavior from vendor marketing and our own assumptions.

Methodology is visible

Published benchmarks will describe the task, conditions, metrics and known limitations.

Affiliate status is disclosed

Eligible outbound links may generate a commission, at no additional cost to the reader.

Rankings are not sold

Commission rates and partnership status do not determine benchmark placement.
